YULETIDE SMASH
A few cranberries
A sprig of rosemary
Snap liquor
Mac Allan scotch
Orange reduction( oj reduced with sugar and cinnamon)
A tasty holiday concoction
TOM AND JERRY
The Batter:
4 eggs, separated
5 oz simple syrup
1/4tsp cinnamon
Whip egg whites into soft peaks.
