2 large eggs
1 tablespoon of grated cheese
1 tablespoon or so of any other ingredient you like in your omelet.
1 small freezer bag
Crack eggs right into the bag. Add the cheese and any optional ingredients you like. Seal the bag, squish the ingredients to mix. “Burp” the air out. Bring a medium-sized pan of water to a heavy boil. Drop baggie into the boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. Carefully, remove baggie from the water. Open the bag and roll the omelet onto a plate. YUM!
3-2-1 CAKE
1 box Angel Food cake mix
1 box cake mix of your choice
In a resealable plastic bag combine the two dry cake mixes and mix well. For each individual cake serving take out 3 tablespoons of the cake mix combination. mix with 2 tablespoons of water in a small microwave-safe container. Microwave on high for 1 minute and you have your own instant individual cake. Keep remaining cake mixture stored in the plastic bag and use whenever you feel like a treat. Top the cake with whipped cream, fresh fruit or frosting/glaze of your choice. This is called 3-2-1 cake because you only need 3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 minute in the microwave.
