Pasta with fresh tomato sauce. With tuna and feta!
Ingredients:
1 lb vine-ripened tomatoes
Salt to be used in cooking the pasta
12 oz penne pasta (or pasta of your choice)
3 garlic cloves. minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup drained capers (optional)
1 cup crumbled feta, plus additional for garnish
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 small cans of Tuna
Preparation:
Cook pasta according to box directions, stirring occasionally until al dente.
